What to eat, where to eat

The twenty worst foods in America

380896801_fde3fa1f70

Men’s Health has done a series of writing on the best and worst foods in America, titled, “Eat this not that.” This past few years I have been trying to be more health conscious, but fail to always find food that is nutritional in the everyday stores. So after cruising on line I found some post on what to eat when you can’t go to a health food store. All of the articles are great quick look through that can open your eyes to some good, healthy food.  I recommend the two topics on, “The 20 Worst Foods in America,” and “The 125 Healthiest Supermarket Foods in America”

Here is every topic article they have written in “Eat this not that.”

17 Windows 7 Ultimate Screenshots

I’ve posted some time ago about this, Leaked: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Screenshots which give tech geeks out there some insight on Microsoft latest operating system.

Here are more stunning Windows 7 Ultimate screenshots, 17 in total which prove to be a little bit different compared to those screenshots I’ve posted back then (looks more like Vista Ultimate).

My Favorite Firefox 3.0 Upgrade

Around last week I made the switch to Firefox 3.0 RC 2. I wanted to get my feet wet in the browser before it came out and once Foxmarks was released there was no more reasons for delay.

I have to admit the browser is stunning. The list of improvements seems endless, but there is one that I think shine above the rest.

This was in my opinion the new address bar. The new address bar is possibly the most noticeable yet functioning addition to Firefox 3. For me it is because I have over 1500 bookmarks and sorting through them was a pain. Finding them in my jungle of folders and sub folders was about impossible and I am not fond of using social bookmarks as my default. The new address bar makes it really easy to find your bookmarks and traffic history by only inserting part of the URL or a description. So if I want to find Blogiseverything, I could just type in, “everything,” and sure enough the site would be on the list. Also they have integrated the tagging system in to the bookmark manager. You can tag your favorite site for quick reference. One more bonus to the address bar was the little star on the right hand corner. It gives you the functionality to bookmark a page with only one click. For there you can find it in the new folder titled, “Unsorted Bookmarks.” As you can see the address bar is a big upgrade.

Facebook Claims #1 Spot

TechCrunch released a article claiming Facebook was no longer number two in the battle for social network dominance. This comes as no surprise as Facebook has seen a rapid growth over the past year.

The now largest social network bypassed Myspace by unique visitors world wide. However Myspace still holds a lead in the US market.

Small Update to Google Docs

I have switched most of my lite writing to Google Docs, and notice the other day an update for Firefox users.

If you have auto spell check enabled in your browsers then you can now fix them in Google Docs by right clicking. Before you would see the red line meaning miss spelled and the only way to do a quick fix was the press shift+right click. It was tedious, and now you by pass the google right click menu. Which is great because there was no point in it. It failed to work with windows clipboard.
