Its not that only some have it? its that parts like the engine are hand made not on an assembly line so there are very few to buy in the first place, and the price tag is steep, even for an older model. My guess is an officer already owns and uses it as his patrol car, which would be sweet, or it was donated.

I’m a state trooper and we’rte not even allowed to use tactical vehicle interventio witht the Charger. I doubt they would with a Lambo. I would take a Charger over Lambo anyday is a chase. The Charger wont burn a clutch out in a whole shot. If iI had my choice of any car out there…
