Pen Your Thoughts to Blog for Free

Talking about Free Blog service, surely you have come across Blogger.com or Wordpress.com, but I’m not going to talk about those today. I’m going to dig into another alternative, Thoughts.com which is less known but it gives me a good impression first on.
Thoughts.com has all the common blogging features but on top of that, it is integrated with social networking features like photos and videos uploading and sharing, podcasts, forums, bookmark and news portal.
At Thoughts.com, your blog posts will be broadcast through the site automatically to share your thoughts with the community.
New BlogIsEverything.com…Almost There!
Over the past 2 days, I’ve been working on my “new” BlogIsEverything.com. I’ve upgraded to Wordpress 2.5 and re-tweak almost all the plugins and made some layout changes (you might noticed changes at the sidebar, post meta (rating, etc) and some other parts.
The layout is now 100% “visible” on IE7 as well as Firefox 2.
Those are the positives…the negative however, I need to retag all my 702 posts! and also make some changes to the content of certain posts (broken content posts).
My spam guards are up and running, basically still with Akismet and reCAPTCHA and now I installed Deadbolt to prevent spam user registration using bot.
Everything should be up and running by end of next week.
Regards,
Matt
BlogIsEverything.com Under Reconstruction
To all my readers,
I’m now reconstructing BlogIsEverything.com, upgrading to Wordpress 2.5 and make some changes to comply with v2.5.
Other changes includes fixing part of the corrupted database, due to the “Read more..” issue, fixing keywords, doing some enhancements.
Basically there is no change to the theme, but I’m tweaking it to fully compatible with v2.5 including plugins updates/add ons.
For the time being, I’m running on the standard Kubrick theme.
P.S. Comments are disabled due to high spam rate and temporary no spam guard.
Best Regards,
Matthew

Well, I’ve just posted about Smorty, which offers the similar services like PayPerPost, which offer services for both advertisers (blog advertising) and bloggers (get paid for blogging). Well, based on popularity or advertisers-bloggers volume, payperpost is the front player in this field.
Advertisers – you choose your market at PayPerPost marketplace, you get bloggers (over 50,000 “Posties”, blogger known as “Postie” at PayPerPost) from all around the blogsphere to review and give their honest opinions about your products, services or websites. Posties will do the job for you. They build your traffic, help you promote and market and help you reach out to your potential customers.

Writing Good Blogs
There’s a lot of blogs out there on the Web, most of which don’t entice one to go back regularly to read updates. What is missing from these on-line journals that would essentially make them ‘good’ blogs? Well, the answers in life usually come down to simplicities.
So let’s look at the problem like we were children. Children don’t complicate life with miscellaneous information, and when they speak they tell you straight to the point exactly how they feel and think about a subject. First of all, we should ask the questions,” Why do blogs exist? And what are they here for?” Well, in an ideal world ‘good’ blogs would help people connect, sharing knowledge and feelings about issues in life.
