I’m Going To Paris!

I’ll be leaving my comfort zone today and heading to Paris for a week. Not on vacation but to compete in the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2008 Finals!
Me and my team COSMIC is representing our country Malaysia in the Software Design Invitational category. This will be a tough one!
I’m not going to talk about my team as well as what is our project here, but feel free to jump into Team Cosmic official blog and the official Team COSMIC profile to check out more on us!
Anyway, I’ll try to blog live from Paris and update you guys on the competition.
Wish me good luck!

Poll: Virtual Paper or Paper?
Ok, the post title pretty much explained what I want.

I am currently working on a project to reduce the use of papers by substituting papers with a software that provides you the same functions as papers. Kindly take a few seconds off and vote in your opinion! Here is the poll:
Feel free to drop me your comments too!
New BlogIsEverything.com…Almost There!
Over the past 2 days, I’ve been working on my “new” BlogIsEverything.com. I’ve upgraded to Wordpress 2.5 and re-tweak almost all the plugins and made some layout changes (you might noticed changes at the sidebar, post meta (rating, etc) and some other parts.
The layout is now 100% “visible” on IE7 as well as Firefox 2.
Those are the positives…the negative however, I need to retag all my 702 posts! and also make some changes to the content of certain posts (broken content posts).
My spam guards are up and running, basically still with Akismet and reCAPTCHA and now I installed Deadbolt to prevent spam user registration using bot.
Everything should be up and running by end of next week.
Regards,
Matt
