Phone Spam Filter: The Phone Call Spam Buster

We hear a lot about email spams, junk mails, spam this and spam that… is has been a norm for us. But how many of us had heard about phone spamming or in specific phone call spamming? I bet, not many of us maybe because this kind of spamming is still “under control”, but not for long!
We frequently exchange or distribute name cards, business cards with friends and business partners. So, we are distributing and letting people know about out contact details, particularly our phone number. Not just that, most of the online registration form for membership or services require us to fill up our phone number. Again our phone number is “exposed” to 3rd parties.

Today I came across this website that sounds rather familiar: GamersBook. Ah, is this a new FaceBook wannabe? I bet so (look at the domain).

Gadget Advisor: A Gadget Blog with a Twist!
When looking for gadgets, hardware and tech news, where did you typically go to? Gizmodo? Engadget? Ubergizmo? CNET? or any other mainstream gadgets and tech websites/blogs?
How about a gadget blog with a little twist?
I stumbled upon this particular new gadget blog, GadgetAdvisor.com while looking up and down looking for travel gadgets. Well, it is is not really a pure gadget blog but also provides news, tips and tricks for hardware and software.
GadgetAdvisor.com might penetrate into the mainstream, but as for now they focus on tech news that are significant and useful. Besides news, they also offer gadget advises (purely reflects the domain name). I’ve found some really fantastic read from GadgetAdvisor.com.

Online job aggregators has been hitting the web quite hard in recent years. There are a couple of launches of job aggregator websites like Oodle.com, SimplyHired.com, Jobgeni.com and Indeed.com to name a few. Some niche and geo targeted job aggregators like MedicalJobsAmerica.com had also joined the bandwagon.

Back in the early days when Internet is still new and untapped, job advertising on local is as thick as a 30–page magazine. Now we rarely see a 10–page job listings in newspapers.
Now
With the existence of online job services and aggregators, job postings have tremendously changed – thanks to the World Wide Web and the Internet. Now, to find a job is as easy as searching for something with Google.

Joost Getting Juicer, Now Purely Web-Based
I’ve been “out of touch” with Joost for quite some time now. I was one of the few early ones to get to try the then desktop-based Joost. I was like, oh great… I can watch TV online, finally!
