Paris Hilton Jailed for 45 Days
Hotel heiress, Paris Hilton (C) leaves the Los Angeles Municipal Court on May 4, 2007.
Hilton was ordered to spend 45 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation for alcohol-related reckless driving. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered the 26-year-old celebrity socialite jailed for driving on a suspended license in February. He ordered her to report to jail on June 5.

Cat Chases Bear Up Tree!
You might think that I’m joking…but seriously no joke! This cat, Jack really did it! I love you Jack!
A black bear was chased up a tree – twice – by a territorial orange tabby named Jack in Milford, New Jersey. The bear apparently wandered into Jack’s backyard. Jack’s owner, Donna Dickey, said that Jack usually chases small animals.

Firefox 2.0 will Integrates Anti-phishing Technology
Mozilla has reached the latest development milestone for its next-generation Firefox 2.0 “Bon Echo” browser with a little anti-phishing help from Google.
Anti-phishing capability, which Mozilla has branded “Safe Browsing,” is one of the marquee features in Firefox 2.0 and one of the reasons a third alpha is necessary. Now baked into Firefox 2.0 alpha 3, Google Safe Browsing is triple-licensed under the Mozilla Public License (MPL) 1.1, the GPL 2.0 and the LGLP.
Safe Browsing inspects a visited site against a regularly updated list of known phishing sites. The list of phishing sites may be downloaded automatically within the browser or can optionally be checked against Google’s online list of known miscreants. IE Internet Explorer 7 will also have a form of anti-phishing capability.

The Bosnian Pyramid: The First European Pyramid
I found this from a forum and quite amaze about it. It’s about a pyramid found in Bosnia, yeah, BOSNIA! Excavations is underway. You can get more info, latest news, etc. from these sites:
The Bosnian Pyramid, Visocica Hill, is the first European pyramid to be discovered and is located in the heart of Bosnia, in the town of Visoko. The pyramid has all the elements: four perfectly shaped slopes pointing toward the cardinal points, a flat top and an entrance complex.
Brief info:
There are also the ruins of a Medieval walled town, once the base of a Bosnian king Tvrtko of Kotromanic (1338-1391). Because of its similarities to the Pyramid of the Sun in Teotihuacan, Mexico, it has been named the “Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun” (’Bosanska Piramida Sunca’). There are also a three smaller pyramids on the site, the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon (’Bosanska Piramida Mjeseca’), Bosnian Pyramid of Earth, (’Bosanska Piramida Zemlje’) and Bosnian Pyramid of the Dragon ( ‘Bosanska Piramida Zmaja’).

Chicken-Egg Question Finally Solved: The Egg Came First!
Which came first, the chicken or the egg?
According to a scientist, a philosopher and a chicken farmer, it was the egg, British newspapers reported.
The key to the age-old question apparently lies in the fact that since genetic material does not change throughout an animal\’s life, the first bird that evolved into a chicken must have initially existed as an embryo inside an egg.
Professor John Brookfield, from England\’s University of Nottingham, concluded that because of this, the living organism inside the eggshell would have had the same DNA as the chicken it turned into.
The specialist in evolutionary genetics was quoted in a number of newspapers as saying:
Therefore the first living thing which we could say unequivocally was a member of the species would be this first egg. The egg came first.
Brookfield\’s conclusion was backed up by Professor David Papineau, of King\’s College, London, and the chairman of the trade body Great British Chicken, Charles Bourns.

Toothless Man Steals Toothbrushes
A toothless man has been arrested for stealing toothbrushes.
According to O Dia newspaper Ednor Rodrigues, 32, was filmed on CCTV taking 7 toothbrushes from a supermarket in Ribeirao Preto, Brazil.
When he was approached by the police he tried to deny the robbery even showing the officers his toothless mouth.
He finally admitted to the robbery, he said: “I don’t know why I did it.”
“I know it is a stupid thing to do, I have no teeth, what was I thinking?”
