Free Tools to Make Your Window Always Stay On Top, and More
Sometimes is useful to have this – make a window/application always stay on top. For example, you want to refer to a particular web page while typing in Microsoft Office or maybe you are watching a movie and you want your media player to stay visible all the time no matter what.
By default, Windows has no build in feature that let you make a window to stay on top. But, there are several ways (tools) to accomplish this – free and paid. I’ll go for the free way…

How to Prevent Google.com from Redirecting to Local Google Homepage
By default Google redirects all search request and direct Google.com access to your local (country-specific) Google homepage; for my case, it is Google Malaysia (Google.com.my).
Google Web Search is customized for a number of countries and regions across the world. For example, Google.fr provides search results that are most relevant for users in France; Google.co.jp is the Google domain for Japan. We try to direct users to the site that will give them the most relevant results.
Sometimes you don’t want this. The reason is because your search will be more relevant if using Google.com rather than your local Google search.

How To Remove Ads (AdSense) From Gmail
NOTE: Removing ads from Gmail is illegal! Do it at your own risk. Below is just for education purposes.
Gmail without doubt is one of the best if not the best free email service ever. You get a clean interface, tons of storages, fantastic email search (powered by Google of course), Google Docs integrations, Gmail Labs and many more. It is a true gem for me and I have been using it since its initial roll out (that is about 6 years ago).
Well, the only complain is of course the ads (AdSense) that stick to the top (sometimes) and right panel of Gmail. Those ads are not obstructive as they are not embedded directly into the email content but sometimes, they look a little bit irritating to the eyes and quite annoying.

Solution?

Hint: Google Is Your World Clock!
Guys, forget about your world clock gadget, widget, app, iPhone… because Google is here finally with time “googling”.
Like tons of others Google search shortcuts, simply google for “time” to show your local time or “time <place, state, country>” e.g. “time us” for various time across the US.

This is a very easy trick to determine who appears “invisible” from those who are really offline in Google Talk. It is not like in MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger where it is impossible (as far as I know) to differentiate from those appearing offline and real offline.
