		<description>According to the employees of google with whom I&#039;ve spoken (I&#039;m acquainted with many), only engineers are allowed to use 20% of their work time on their own projects.  So if say, you work in the legal department, or your main job duty is selling ads (or whatever they do in the adwords department), you wouldn&#039;t get one day a week do whatever you wanted.  Non-engineers are second-class citizens there, at least in this respect.</description>
