World’s First 256 GB USB Flash Drive: Kingston DataTraveler 300
GOD! This is even “bigger” than my hard disk – no kidding!
Kingston has revealed the world’s first 256 GB USB flash drive – the highest capacity flash drive on the market (as of posting). The DT300 has transfer rates of up to 20 MB/sec. read and 10 MB/sec.

Here are some facts about 256 GB. With 256 GB of storage, you can store:
- 10 Blu-ray discs (~25 GB each)
- 54 DVD discs (~4.7 GB each)
- 365 CD discs (~700 MB each)
I think this is one of the best gadget netbook users can have since storage is quite limited.
