Many farmers have been recently discussing the values of modern technology around their areas – to be able to implement and use it. The ability to own a broadband connection and a computer for that matter and to be able to turn it on, without it turning back off again because it’s backwards, being Windows 98.

Broadband for farmers and all Americans in rual and undersevred areas is becoming more important. Applications like telemedicine adn distance education require high speed internet access. We need a National Policy that ensures low cost high speed access for all. For more information go to http://www.speedmatters.org
