1 Trillion URLs Indexed by Google

Let me get the figure right.
1 trillion = 1,000 billion = 1,000,000 million
OK, you get the number right. So, here is the story…
According to Google Official Blog, Google has hit the one trillion mark of unique indexed URLs.
Back in 1998, the very first index, Google already had 26 million pages in their database and two years later in 2000, Google hits one billion mark and 8 years down the road Google shockingly hits 1 trillion mark!
Their search engineers are in shock too. This is how huge the World Wide Web is… and how about those un indexed pages? The figure could be more.
