RS Web Player will help you do just that. The service claims that video files (HJSplited or RAR-compressed) hosted on RapidShare.com can be streamed right away without downloading.
What you need is your RapidShare premium account, yup you need to “login” via your premium account in order to stream it live. The service claims this is the only way to make this live streaming works.
For this task, it needs your Premium account login and password. Yes, you heard right. We know that this sucks and you probably wonder if this is some password fishing scam, but there is no other way to download the files from rapidshare – because of the waiting period, streaming does not work for free users.
This service has started to make some waves in the warez communities and started to spread through blogs.
Well, I have no RapidShare premium account to try out… and if I do have most probably I won’t “risk” it. I’ve so far, have not heard of any confirmation from any of its users (if any) to prove this service is 100% legit. There are possibilities this is a phishing website although the website help page explain well on this aspect.
